2. Will I receive shipping confirmation and tracking?

All shipping will receive an e-mail confirmation with tracking information when we ship.

3. When will I receive my order?

Normally, your package will be on its way within 24 hours after you place an order and travel time will be varied depending on your shipping method. With UPS Express Mail, you will be guaranteed delivery day by UPS.

4. I need my order tomorrow. Is that possible?

Yes. You will need to select UPS next day air upon checkout. Please make sure that your order must be completed before 12:00P.M. (E.S.T. Time)

5. How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

We don't charge handling fee most of time and shipping charge will be applied by carrier you selected which is shown at #1.

6. Do you ship to Canada and are there any limitations on these orders?

Yes we do. However due to international credit card fraud we will contact the bank who issued the credit card to verify the authenticity before we ship. You need to provide the name of the issuing bank for you credit card in the message box before submitting your order. (NOTE: Visa, MasterCard or AMEX are NOT issuing banks. The banks name will be indicated on the credit card being used.) If we cannot verify the card given with the issuing bank we will cancel and refund the order. This process will take approximately 48 hours to verify.

7. Can I get Free Shipping to Canada or International?

No. The Free Shipping option is available for U.S.A continent only.

1. How long will it take to receive my refund?

We will refund all items as soon as we receive them. As long as the items are returned as new we will refund you right away with 10% stocking fee on certain case. You will be e-mailed a credit memo.
